Our Setting

Orchard is based in the beautiful, small rural village of Lustleigh.  Almost exactly half way between Bovey Tracey and Moretonhampsted.

We are based in the wonderfully large, light and airy Village Hall which offers dedicated play and development spaces for our Acorn, Saplings and Oaks groups. 

Directly adjacent to the Village Hall is the community orchard where we have a custom-built, secure Nature Garden where children are encouraged to explore and learn through hands on experiences in nature.  We spend as much time outside in this space as possible.

Behind the Village Hall we have created our very own outdoor Nurture Garden which provides a safe and nurturing environment for our youngest children explore and thrive through experiences inspired by the natural environment. 

We also make use of the public Orchard where our children enjoy nature walks, climbing and exploring the rocks, paddling in the stream and much, much more.
