At Orchard, we believe in ensuring that every child has equal opportunities to the learning and development resources required to help them meet the appropriate relevant age and stage milestones.
We are especially dedicated to ensuring that children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) have all the support they need to enjoy their early years experience with us and help them build their confidence and prepare for their next steps in life.
Our Special Education Needs Co-ordinator, Rachel Thomas is highly experienced in working closely with our cohort and identifying individual needs and support that the children may need. She is passionate about working with families, helping them to access the services and agencies that will be support their child and developing programmes for each individual child so that they have the best chance of reaching their expected outcomes.
Orchard works to the requirements of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years (2015).
